Lobster Tail Frittata, and Other Orlando Easter Brunch Meals

See this? It's twin, shelled, baby, butter-poached lobster tails nestled onto a delicate egg frittata, which itself is atop crispy hash browns. A pitcher of truffle Hollandaise sauce stands on the side. This exceptionally delicious dish is one of the Orlando Easter brunch meals on offer at Capital Grille for the holiday on Sunday, April 16.

Even my lousy photography skills, combined with Capital Grille's low lighting, can't destroy the beauty of this brunch item. It's one of five special entrees on offer at Capital Grille this Easter, together with an appetizer of your choice, for $49. Children's meals are $15. Other photos from Capital Grille's Easter menu will dot the listings below of Orlando Easter meal offerings. If you want in on this meal, reserve your table here.

A mushroom bisque starter at Capital Grille. The soup is delicious, but I find it funny that the server kept emphasizing that the appetizer is made with white button mushrooms -- the commonest of all.
