Orlando — Chef Richard Blais himself will be around for some of the events celebrating his restaurant’s first anniversary. Four Flamingos - A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen begins the indulgence on Saturday, December 3, at 5pm with a special event. It includes the following:

• Complimentary tastings and demonstrations of Oyster & Liquid Nitrogen Pearl appetizer

• Complimentary sparkling rosé tastings

• Pink Carpet w/ Polaroid Paparazzi

• Live entertainment

• First 50 guests to dine in the restaurant that evening will receive a complimentary flamingo ornament signed by Chef Richard Blais

Chef Blais himself will be around saying howdy to guests through December 5.

Through December 10, these specials will be available in addition to the regular menu:

• Caviar and Champagne Flight: 3 varieties of caviar, cachapas, crème fraiche. Each paired with a taste of bubbly. $MP
