Orlando -- Fred Minnick, the author of four books about bourbon, will host an intimate tasting at Orlando's New Southern restaurant Soco. Greg Richie, chef-partner of the Thornton Park eatery, will prepare small bites. Minnick penned Whiskey Women, Bourbon Curious, Camera Boy and the Certified Angus Beef History. Reservations
