Orlando – The Inquisitor wines will be featured during a three-course tasting dinner in the intimate Demonstration Room of Ravello, an Italian restaurant at the Four Seasons Orlando. The resort's sommelier, Antoine Boissonot, will talk about each wine as the courses are served: porcini-ricotta ravioli, steak with a chianti demi-glace, and a dessert of Sicilian cassata with pistachios and candied fruit. $75 with 3-ounce wine pours, $95 with 5-ounce wine pours.
