Orlando -- Spanish restaurant Tapa Toro is hosting a Spanish-inspired fair called Feria de Tapa Toro on Sunday, October 9. The event, held near the restaurant in the I-Drive 360 courtyard, will have music, flamenco shows and free paella, plus for-purchase food and beverages.
