Orlando – Chicken Guy! now sells chicken tenders at Disney Springs. The new boneless poultry snacks are courtesy of celebrity chef Guy Fieri and restaurateur Robert Earl, whose Planet Hollywood and Earl of Sandwich restaurants are already on Springs property. The specialty is antibiotic-free poultry marinated in lemon juice, pickle brine and buttermilk, lemon juice and pickle brine. Herbs are involved, and the tenders are breaded and fried. Apparently Fieri is “The Boss of Sauce,” so 22 dipping-ready options are available. Mac Daddy Mac ‘n’ Cheese, and Loaded Fries smothered in SMC (super melty cheese) and topped with chopped grilled chicken, bacon, and green onions, are among the side dishes.
