Orlando – Most of the best restaurants in town, along with guests chefs from other cities, will be doling out tastes at Beard in Baldwin, a high-end outdoor food festival to be held in the Orlando neighborhood of Baldwin Park. Wines will be poured freely. The event will raise funds for the James Beard Foundation's Scholarship Program.

The event, set in a park steps from the restaurants Osprey Tavern and Seito Sushi Baldwin Park, is being put together by the owners of those restaurants.
