This is a stylish spot, yet affordable. The “lifestyle” hotel is designed to have everything a traveler would need, from blackout drapes to housekeeping services. Yet it’s designed wisely. For example, in-room closets have no doors. That way, guests are less likely to leave items behind.

The large spacious lobby has several types of seating areas.
Sassy modern conference rooms will serve for weddings and corporate events.
The SkyBar, with Chef Robert Mason at the helm, will have chef-made small bites using locally raised ingredients, and hand-crafted cocktails often incorporating locally made spirits. There is a fire pit for chilly nite comfort. The SkyBar will have live entertainment at least two nights a week. Sunset views: nightly, and free.
All guestrooms have 55-inch flat-screen TVs with Hulu and Netflix service.
The hotel is right near the City District’s Church Street Station and the Amway Center, and mighty close to the Exploria soccer stadium and the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.
You’ll get low rates through March as the hotel goes through its soft opening phase.
