Orlando -- Two chefs from the Four Seasons Orlando are headed to New York's James Beard House to cook dinner. Locals are invited to try the meal here in town first.

Chefs Fabrizio Schenardi and Rabii Saber will do a practice run of the five-course repast with wine pairings at the hotel's Ravello restaurant. One guest will be invited to sign a "lucky apron" to be worn during the big event.
