Mount Dora -- Savory rabbit pie, apple-mushroom-stuffed quail with foie gras, and brown butter financier cake are among the incredible edibles that will be served at the Hirsch Vineyards wine dinner. The dinner is a collaboration between the winery, the Modernism Museum and the restaurant 1921 by Norman Van Aken. Winemaker Jasmine Hirsch will be in attendance. The cost is $165 per person including tax and tip, plus the menu below.
